JUNIOR GYMNASTICS PROGRAMS
GIRLS ADVANCED GYMNASTICS
Our Girls Advanced Gymnastics program is designed for ages 6 to 18 and focuses on refining intermediate skills while preparing athletes for competition. Participants train on advanced techniques and routines aligned with the USAG Program Levels 1 to 8, helping them reach junior Olympic gymnastics standards under expert guidance.
GIRLS INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM
The Girls Intermediate Program caters to young gymnasts who want to enjoy learning or aim to progress to competitive levels. Each 60 to 90 minute session develops balance, control, and coordination using a variety of apparatus. The program is best attended twice weekly and welcomes girls aged 5 and above.
GIRLS BEGINNERS PROGRAM
This program introduces girls to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Participants learn basic skills, body movement, and safe use of apparatus while building confidence and discipline. The focus is on proper technique, teamwork, and understanding gymnastics terminology.
BOYS GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
The Boys Gymnastics Program builds foundational strength, flexibility, and agility while following USAG program levels. Designed for boys aged 6 to 16, sessions take place in a fully equipped facility with international-standard equipment and coaching. Athletes develop coordination, focus, and overall athletic ability in every class.

Ahmed Gebrel is the junior aquatics competition squads program manager. He is 2 times former Olympics swimmer and has been coaching for over 6 years in Dubai. 2x Former Olympic Swimmer, competed in many national and international swimming competitions and won various awards.

Lausanne Seyfferdt
Leading the Intermediate Girls program is Lausanne, who brings 9 years of experience to the role. She understands the dedication and effort it takes to succeed as a gymnast, and finds the role of coaching young people in the same discipline deeply rewarding.
Advanced
Sabina Cojocar
Our Advanced Girls program manager Sabina discovered her passion for Gymnastics at the age of 4—when she stepped into a Gymnastics hall for the first time. She then focused on developing her skills and knowledge in the sport, and became a recognized International Gymnast, with achievements in European and World Championships and a F.I.G. (The Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique) International Judge. Sabina holds a Master’s degree in Training and Sports Performance. She’s been a Gymnastics Coach for more than 10 years. Sabina believes that Gymnastics is a sport of strength, balance and grace—but also a perfect platform to teach life skills like perseverance, consistency, confidence and discipline.
